I had a car accident a while ago.

The other party hit my car and claimed that he was innocent.

They had already gone far from the accident site and made a right turn, chased me farther back, and stopped me, so I was far from the accident site and the situation could have been serious.

I only had liability insurance with Kwon Jung Insurance, and I was a minority foreigner, so I was anxious, but Kwon Jung Insurance was so kind that they listened to the details of the accident and took the lead in handling it, saying that it would be advantageous for me. I am so grateful that I am writing this article to let many Koreans know about it.

When I called Kwon Jung Insurance for advice because my English was poor, they spoke directly to the rental car employee and handled the matter.

My car insurance was initially with Insurance Company A, which had an American agent. I had a similar accident before, and when I called the insurance company, they said that they couldn’t understand what I was saying because my English was poor. When I told the insurance company that I had an accident and needed help, they said, “What help do you need? We can’t help you.” Do you believe me? Then they said they didn’t know what I was talking about. It was so absurd and ridiculous that I think anyone who isn’t good at English has probably experienced something like this.

I was so angry that I started looking for insurance companies right away to change them. Then I remembered that I had met Elder Kwon Jeong, who was the president of the American General Assembly at the time, at a prayer meeting at the Christian Businessmen’s Association. Then, a series of truly surprising things happened.

First of all, the insurance premiums of the existing A insurance company went up. However, Kwon Jeong Insurance came out with an even lower premium than the original price.

You probably thought the conditions would be bad, right? I thought so too. However, the compensation range was higher, and even the deductible was lower. In other words, we got a deal at a lower price with better conditions.

Unlike Borum Insurance, which seemed to be doing us a favor and only asked for extra costs, Kwon Jung Insurance Company continued to check on our needs by phone even after the contract was over.

Unlike Insurance Company A, which ignored us when we had an accident, they were very proactive in helping us, and since they took care of everything, they were a company that completely washed away the great psychological burden we feel when we have an accident.

Famous companies are good~! But the service that understood our characteristics and made it comfortable for us in Korean was so good.

Everyone, I highly recommend Kwon Jung Insurance. Insurance companies don’t give us money easily. I received a check for a higher price than the estimate from the body shop. It’s all thanks to Kwon Jung Insurance. I realized this after having an accident.
